About the role
We are looking for an experienced Cost Manager – Procurement to drive procurement strategy, cost optimization, vendor management, and commercial controls across projects. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement of materials and services while maintaining budget adherence, quality standards, and contractual compliance.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for materials, equipment, and subcontractor packages
- Develop procurement plans aligned with project timelines and budgets
- Prepare RFQs/RFPs and conduct tendering processes
- Evaluate technical and commercial bids and recommend vendor selections
- Ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays
