About the role
We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate the design management function for a large-scale Commercial and Mixed-Use Development (CSD) project in Jaipur. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end design activities across architectural, structural, MEP, and specialized consultants, ensuring alignment with project requirements, quality standards, timelines, and business objectives.
What you'll do
- Lead the overall design management process for the project from concept development through construction documentation and execution
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of design packages
- Review and validate architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design drawings for constructability and compliance
- Manage design schedules and monitor design deliverables against project milestones
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory regulations, and project specifications
