About the role
Enhance skills and capabilities: Identify areas for improvement in the system and provide guidance and training to supervisors and engineers, ensuring continuous enhancement of skills and capabilities. Minimize material/work rejection and rework: Take measures to minimize material/work rejection and rework at project sites due to substandard quality, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
