Leadership finance role at Turner & Townsend in Delhi. Needs 8–12 years and a B.Tech, B.E. or diploma.
About the role
Will be responsible for the pre and post contract QS works. Will be SPOC for the project and would be Leading the project from front and other cost team member. Will be the SPOC for the project. Estimating, rate analysis & cost planning and producing final cost plan to client. Dealing effectively with quantification, preparation of budget, cost to complete, procurement & tendering process for Civil packages.
What you'll do

- Presenting the project cost related information as per Client requirement
- Prepare and Review of Certificates of payment for client ,contractors etc. in line with contract T&C
