About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our Electric Vehicle (EV) Commercial Vehicle and Passenger Auto solutions to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

What you'll do

• Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Dealer Finance Sales Executives (DFSEs)
• Set clear performance targets for the team and track progress through regular reviews and field visits
• Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and motivation to improve productivity and team capability
• Dealer Relationship & Network Development
