About the role
We are seeking an experienced Credit Operations Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our credit processes, including KYC (Know Your Customer), loan document valuation, and handling TVR (Telephonic Verification of Report) calls.
What you'll do
- Verify customer identity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Review and validate KYC documents, including identification, address proof, and income verification
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of customer information in our systems
- Review and validate loan documents, including loan agreements, promissory notes, and security agreements
