About the role
We are looking for an experienced EV Service Technician to handle servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electric vehicles, particularly electric 3-wheelers. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with service stations, resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely service support across assigned locations.
What you'll do
- Perform servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electric vehicles, particularly EV 3-wheelers
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct regular visits to service stations to monitor service quality and operational efficiency
- Handle vehicle breakdowns, technical complaints, and escalations
- Ensure proper maintenance of service records, repair reports, and vehicle service history
