About the role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process improvement. The ideal candidate should have experience in analyzing complex business processes and translating business needs into clear functional requirements.
What you'll do
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops
- Perform AS-IS and TO-BE process analysis, identify business gaps, pain points, and process improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, Business Rules, Acceptance Criteria, and RTMs
- Analyze business requirements related to medicine demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply planning, and allocation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, logistics teams, and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle
