Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager, Member Experience to define the vision and strategy for Twin’s member product in India. This is a senior product leadership role with responsibility for the end-to-end experience members have with Twin — from their first days in the program through the daily experiences that help them understand their bodies, take the right actions, and achieve lasting health outcomes.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end member journey. Think beyond individual features to create a coherent experience spanning onboarding, daily guidance, nutrition, medications
• Drive measurable member outcomes. Define success through engagement, sustained behavior change, treatment adherence, member satisfaction
• Lead through experimentation. Create hypotheses, rapidly test new experiences, learn from member behavior, and scale what works
• Lead cross-functionally from vision through launch. Work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Clinical, Data, Operations, and Design to make difficult tradeoffs
• Raise the product bar. Manage a product manager, establish strong product practices, and create a culture of member obsession, strategic thinking, experimentation
