About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, booking webinar slots, following up with attendees, and checking their interest in counseling sessions with our sales team. If you are a fresher or have up to 1 year of telecalling experience and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to book webinar slots
- Follow up with clients who have confirmed their availability for the webinar
- Engage with clients post-webinar to assess their interest in counseling sessions with the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
- Provide necessary details regarding the webinar and counseling sessions to clients
