About the role
We are looking for an experienced BIM Expert (3D/4D/5D) to lead BIM implementation for infrastructure and building projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in 3D modeling, 4D schedule integration, and 5D cost integration, enabling effective project visualization, planning, monitoring, and cost control.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for infrastructure and building projects
- Integrate project schedules with BIM models to create 4D simulations
- Perform 5D cost integration for quantity-based cost analysis and tracking
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and consultants
- Conduct clash detection and model coordination reviews
