About the role
We are looking for a IT Recruiter ( Junior and Mid level) who will help us shape, build, and scale our organization.
What you'll do
- Manage and drive full recruitment process for Malaysia and Apac region from initial outreach to offer
- Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing for candidates
- Partner with hiring teams and talent team to develop and execute on sourcing strategies
- Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers with their decision process
- Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, HR teams
