Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for infrastructure and urban development projects. The role includes procurement planning, tendering, vendor management, contract administration, cost optimization, and ensuring compliance with organizational and statutory procurement guidelines.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage procurement activities for infrastructure and development projects
• Prepare procurement strategies, procurement plans, and tender documentation
• Conduct market research, vendor identification, and supplier evaluation
• Manage the complete tendering process, including RFP/RFQ preparation, bid evaluation, negotiations, and contract award
• Coordinate with technical, legal, finance, and project teams for procurement requirements
