About the role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer – CAT 1 with strong expertise in Software Quality Assurance, Process Quality Management, Quality Management Systems, process compliance, audits, metrics management, risk management, and continuous improvement. The role requires close interaction with project teams, delivery leaders, senior management, customers, auditors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Ensure process compliance and adherence to the organisation’s Quality Management System
- Implement, maintain, and improve QMS processes across software-development projects
- Conduct project quality reviews, process-compliance assessments, and internal audits
- Support assessment preparation, audit readiness, and internal and external audit activities
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 and applicable CMMI practices
