What you'll do

• Manage delivery of high-priority digital product initiatives , including quarterly and sprint planning, dependency management, and overall delivery commitments
• Drive quarterly product and team planning , ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and business partners
• Drive delivery by enabling teams to conduct continuous, customer-focused discovery, experiment, and evolve product strategy based on outcomes and feedback loops
• Enable effective product management routines (e.g., QPP) and scale enterprise ways of working (e.g., Shield Way of Working Toolkit)
