Retail Replenishment Coordinator

About the role

The Retail Replenishment Coordinator is responsible for the daily execution, processing, and maintenance of retail replenishment orders to ensure accurate and timely merchandise flow to stores. The coordinator works closely with Retail Analysts, Retail Planners, and vendors to maintain accurate purchase orders, inventory minimums, and replenishment information.

What you'll do

• Purchase Order Management & Execution
• Create and process store replenishment purchase orders based on direction from Retail Analysts
• Process purchase orders through EDI or distribute orders directly to vendors as required
• Maintain accurate purchase order information in AX and Prism
• Review open purchase orders daily to identify outdated, received, or partially received orders requiring maintenance
