Confirm required controls are validated and cleared as part of routine payroll processing; raise any exceptions or discrepancies.
What you'll do
- Handle end-to-end in-house payroll processing for the US and Canada regions
- Execute and oversee payroll operations utilizing Oracle Fusion for core processing and ADP SmartCompliance for tax, garnishments, and agency payments
- Execute regular, off-cycle, year end and retroactive payroll runs accurately and within established deadlines
- Ensure the accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, commissions, equity transactions, and deductions
- Process Improvement, Data & Technology
