About the role
We are looking for a Senior Specialist - Outreach & Partnerships to build and manage a strong network of organisations and educational institutions that can create meaningful opportunities for students in the Maadhyam community. This is a fast paced, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving outreach, and creating partnerships that lead to tangible outcomes.
What you'll do
- Research what opportunities already exist in the government school ecosystem
- Build and manage partnerships with corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, CSR teams, and ecosystem organisations
- Proactively identify and outreach potential partners/ institutions through calls, emails, meetings, and networking
- Source opportunities such as internships, scholarships, mentorships, exposure visits, apprenticeships, and jobs for Maadhyam students and alumni
- Manage partner relationships and ensure smooth coordination of engagements
