About the role
The work will initially focus strongly on Grades 9–10 Vocational Education and teacher capacity building in Madhya Pradesh, with links to Udhyam’s broader secondary and senior-secondary work. This is not a conventional content-writing role.
What you'll do
- Design the learning model
- Bring creativity, fresh ideas and relevant national/international insights into the design while ensuring that the model remains practical for government-school contexts
- Develop curriculum and learning resources
- Create and contextualise curriculum, student books/workbooks, teacher handbooks and Teaching-Learning Materials for Grades 9–10
- Ensure that learning is hands-on, contextual and meaningful, with opportunities for students to explore, make choices, solve problems and learn through real-world work
