- Conduct regular school visits with field staff within districts to observe and support program activities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with district-level stakeholders such as Samagra Shiksha, State education department officials, and school heads
- Document program progress via reports, case stories, and other impact documentation
- Help 4-5 field executives in day-to-day planning and implementation of the district and state-level student expos and other program events
