What you'll do
- Partner with Shiksha leaders to understand and address HR needs aligned with program goals
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organisational standards
- Work closely with the central HR team to ensure consistency in HR practices across the organisation
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Support organisation-wide initiatives, such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and talent management
