About the role
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions. The role involves working with business and technical teams to understand requirements, deliver maintainable solutions, support integrations, and improve platform capabilities.
What you'll do
- Configure and develop ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, and user experiences
- Implement and support ITSM processes, such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog
- Develop and maintain Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and ACLs
- Create and enhance catalog items, record producers, variable sets, approvals, and notifications
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and platform solutions
