About the role
The ServiceNow Developer professional is an independent contributor responsible for configuring, developing, and supporting ServiceNow applications and integrations. What you'll do
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, SPM, WSD, EA)
- Flows and Workflows (Flow Designer)
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, performance bottlenecks, and defects
- Participate in requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions
