Order Processing Analyst

About the role

This position will support the Order Management team in the Finance Global Shared Services organization. The responsibilities will focus on booking orders in compliance with corporate policies and revenue recognition rules, issuing licenses to the customer based on the sales orders processed by the Order Management team, and setting up customer records.

What you'll do

• Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
• Part of Order Management & Accounts/Licensing process (Order Booking & Review, RMA bookings, Customer set up, and Maintenance & issuing licensing to the customer)
• Work closely with onshore stakeholders to deliver as per defined delivery standards
• Work in collaboration with the onshore team to improve and streamline the process
• Monitoring and evaluating all order issues, responding to queries, and dealing with inaccuracies promptly and professionally
