About the role
We are seeking a highly accomplished Principal Software Engineer to join the engineering team for the WFM platform product. This role is focused on leading the technical direction, architecture, and engineering strategy for a modern, scalable, resilient, and intelligent enterprise SaaS product platform.
What you'll do
- Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Define and drive the architectural vision for the WFM platform, ensuring scalability, resiliency, performance, maintainability, and long-term extensibility
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and evolution of the core technology stack, including application frameworks, cloud-native services, database technologies
- Define and influence the technical roadmap in partnership with engineering leadership, product management, architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making for complex product and platform initiatives
