About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our performance engineering team. This role provides an opportunity to lead projects and contribute to high-impact software solutions that are used by enterprises and users worldwide.
What you'll do
- Execute load and stress tests, interpret results, analyze performance bottlenecks, and work with the team to improve response times, throughput, and resource utilization
- Monitoring and Observability: Build and use monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting to understand service behavior
- Define and review service health indicators, use telemetry to detect performance regressions, and make systems easier to diagnose in production
- Promote coding guidelines, elegant and efficient implementations, maintainability, observability, and unit testing
- Testing: Develop and maintain performance test scripts and automation using tools such as LoadRunner, NeoLoad, JMeter, and JavaScript-based frameworks
