About the role
You will be joining the Professional Services Consulting (PSC) Implementation team for the new customer deployments of UKG Pro product and work with UKG customers in multiple geographies. The project scope involves interacting with onsite teams and customers on a regular basis. We hire people having knowledge in Human Capital Management domain for projects like ADP, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Ramco, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday.
What you'll do
- Support end-to-end HCM implementation projects for US and Canada clients
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Configure, test, and validate HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, GL, Retirement Benefits
- Prepare and execute test scripts; support UAT and resolve defects
- Provide go-live support, troubleshooting, and process improvements
