About the role
We are seeking a candidate who can manage Monthly/Quarterly/Annual GL close activities for various Global UKG entities The role involves managing a wide range of accounting and financial reporting activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial information. Key activities include performing bank reconciliations, preparing prepaid expenses and accrual journals, and maintaining balance sheet reconciliations in Blackline.
What you'll do
- Analyze account activity and prepare journal entries and reconciliations for accruals, prepaid expenses, loan interest, transfer pricing, and other assigned accounts
- Prepare intercompany and bank reconciliations accurately and on time. Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate discrepancies, resolve outstanding items
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities accurately and within established deadlines
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations in BlackLine and provide quarterly balance sheet fluctuation commentary
- Support external US GAAP audits by coordinating information requests, preparing documentation, and working with relevant stakeholders
