About the role
As a Sr. Integration Consultant, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and delivering complex integrations for UKG customers using Proprietary XML associated tools / technologies. You will serve as Technical SME, providing guidance to junior build consultants, and partner with Regional, Consultants and Project Managers to deliver scalable and robust integration solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of complex integration solutions
- Engage with Regional Consultants, customers, and vendors to understand business requirements and propose optimized integration solutions
- Review and validate IDDs & refinements to ensure build readiness & top notch build quality
- Review and validate integration code and deliverables by junior build consultants on need basis
- Provide accurate effort estimates for complex builds
