Sr IT Software Engineer (Service Now Developer)

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior ServiceNow Developer with at least seven years of experience designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate has strong experience across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, with additional experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

What you'll do

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities
• Build and enhance ITSM workflows, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
• Develop ITOM capabilities such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and integrations with monitoring tools
• Maintain CMDB data quality, including CI identification and reconciliation, relationships, normalization, and health reporting
• Configure and enhance TPRM capabilities, including vendor onboarding, risk assessments, questionnaires, issues, workflows, and reporting
