About the role
We are seeking a hands-on Staff Software Engineer to join the engineering organization in Pune. This P4 role will primarily support Suite Provisioning Services (SPS) and may also contribute to other platform initiatives, including NGP custom migration projects. The engineer will work across Java services, distributed systems, Kafka, GitHub Actions, databases, scripting, cloud deployments, and production operations.
What you'll do
- Software Engineering and Delivery
- Design, develop, test, and own scalable Java services, APIs, integrations, and distributed applications from technical design through deployment, observability
- Write clean, maintainable, modular, secure, and production-ready code
- Translate business and technical requirements into practical designs, implementation plans, and actionable engineering tasks
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, technical discussions, code reviews, testing, and release activities
