About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the development of chassis and vehicle components using advanced manufacturing techniques such as casting, forging, and machining.
What you'll do
- Design and develop innovative chassis and vehicle components using casting, forging, and machined parts, leveraging advanced materials and manufacturing techniques
- Create 3D models and engineering drawings for new products using CAD software (NX)
- Perform engineering calculations to ensure product performance, safety, and reliability, utilizing simulation data and data analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and testing
- Manage product rollouts, including production planning, testing, and validation, leveraging our agile development methodologies
