About the role
Joining Ultraviolette as an Electronics Engineer specializing in Battery Management Systems (BMS), you will have a vital role in the creation and advancement of state-of-the-art, high-performance electric vehicle technology with a global reach. Your main responsibility will center around designing, implementing, and optimizing the BMS for the electric motorcycle's battery pack, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
What you'll do
- Design and develop Battery Management Systems (BMS) for electric motorcycle battery packs, ensuring efficient and reliable operation
- Perform detailed circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB layout for BMS modules and associated electronics
- Conduct testing and validation of BMS prototypes to ensure compliance with safety standards, performance requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with cell suppliers to define battery specifications, conduct cell characterization, and validation
- Troubleshoot and debug BMS-related issues during development, production, and field operation phases
