About the role
Receive, log, and properly tag all warranty-returned parts from service centres and field operations. Check the physical condition, completeness, and correctness of all incoming warranty claims. Identify and address transit-related issues such as damaged, missing, or improperly packed parts. Maintain organised storage of warranty parts with strict 5S and traceability standards.
What you'll do
- Receive, log, and properly tag all warranty-returned parts from service centres and field operations
- Identify and address transit-related issues such as damaged, missing, or improperly packed parts
- Maintain organised storage of warranty parts with strict 5S and traceability standards
- Ensure accurate and timely ERP and DMS entries for all warranty transactions
- Coordinate with CQA for warranty approval decisions and provide required claim details
