- Monitor and control R&D spending, including budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives
- Track and analyze personnel, laboratory, testing, research contract, and development costs to ensure efficient resource utilization
- Support financial governance of R&D, innovation, capital, and technology projects through budget monitoring and forecasting
- Prepare project financial analyses, assess risks and opportunities, and support project managers in financial planning and performance tracking
- Develop business cases and perform financial evaluations, including ROI, NPV, IRR, payback, and scenario analysis
