About the role
We are seeking an experienced Life400 Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications within the IBM i / AS400 environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RPG development, system integration, and business process enhancement, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications in the Life400 / AS400 environment
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and support RPG, RPGLE, CL, SQL, and DB2-based applications
- Perform system enhancements, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
- Collaborate with business users, analysts, and cross-functional teams to support ongoing operational needs
