About the role
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to manage BAU operations and support teams, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day queries from multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership. The role is delivery and communication focused, not a hands-on engineering role.
What you'll do
- Own BAU operations for assigned platforms/projects
- Manage support queues, prioritize incoming BAU queries and incidents
- Coordinate with L1/L2/L3 teams to ensure SLA and TAT adherence
- Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders, including senior executives
- Run daily/weekly BAU calls, status updates, and escalation management
