Senior Technical Recruiter - Singapore Market

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with at least 5 years of recent hands-on experience recruiting for the Singapore market . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of hiring high-quality technology professionals, particularly for senior and niche technical roles, while independently managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for technical positions across various technologies and domains
• Recruit for senior and niche technology roles, particularly within Banking and Financial Services
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through multiple sourcing channels
• Coordinate interview schedules, provide timely feedback, negotiate offers, and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
