About the role
Develops and ensures implementation of near- and longer-term supply, demand and delivery plans for required equipment, materials and components. Works with operational, sales, marketing, finance and other stakeholders to understand anticipated demand and product-specific forecasting drivers. Ensures developed plans align with revenue forecasts, drive efficiencies and balance appropriately between fulfilment and replenishment needs.
What you'll do
- Provides Supply & Demand Planning for a location, department or designated product line or business area
- Works with assigned business, product and other stakeholders to understand demand requirements, forecasting drivers
- Follows established procedures to develop, update and maintain supply, demand and distribution plans
- Works with fulfilment and suppliers in expediating purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of the correct products and to manage processes from an efficiency standpoint
- Maintains records of delivery, distribution, utilization and other activities, preparing monthly and other periodic progress reports
