About the role
The role administers guardrail and policy controls in line with Customer-defined security, data-residency, and compliance requirements, and represents Provider in security and governance forums.
What you'll do
- Own governance, security, and compliance oversight for the Anthropic Claude platform Managed Services engagement
- Implement and administer guardrail and policy controls (usage controls, financial guardrails) in line with security policies, data-residency requirements
- Support the biweekly AI Review Board and the monthly AI Security governance forum, representing Provider's security posture and guardrail compliance evidence
- Provide L1.5 security-trained support for Incidents and Service Requests with security or compliance implications
- Process guardrail exceptions and policy change requests, helping ensure the Guardrail & Policy Change Implementation Service Level (SL-8) target is met
