What you'll do

• The Flight Operations Performance & Analytics team delivers reporting, advanced analytics and decision-support solutions across key operational areas
• Areas of focus include delays and cancellations, reserve staffing, training scheduling, irregular operations and other operational priorities
• The team improves visibility into operational issues and supports effective resource allocation through scalable reporting, analysis and analytical tools
• Its work helps reduce costs associated with delays and cancellations, suboptimal reserve staffing, unbalanced flying levels and inefficient trip builds
• The team also develops KPIs, dashboards, automation and analytical solutions for leaders across Flight Operations
