What you'll do
- The Senior Engineer provides advanced technical leadership across fleet and aircraft-system reliability work
- Depending on assignment, the role may lead fleet reliability, EA effectiveness, cross-fleet analysis, or other Reliability initiatives, connecting operational data
- Lead analysis of aircraft defects, operational interruptions, system failures, and fleet trends to identify root causes, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Lead or review fleet, system, and EA effectiveness assessments to determine whether corrective actions and engineering changes are achieving intended reliability outcomes
- Integrate technical and operational information across projects or fleets, identify gaps or adverse trends, and drive appropriate follow-up or escalation
