About the role
The role is responsible for coordinating and managing of corporate grants across varied stakeholders. The coordinator will be working closely with the Manager and AVP of Grant Management to reinforce relationships with donors, ensure that grant programmes operate efficiently, and streamline grant administration with self-implementing and sub-granting NGO Projects.
What you'll do
- Understand the project objectives and deliverables and study the execution plan for the project under the guidance of the Project Manager
- Assist the Manager in developing proposals for ongoing partnerships and enhance the existing scale of impact through insights and impactful programme design
- Create concept notes, Proposals, Budgets, and MOUs under the guidance of the Manager
- Work collaboratively with the project implementation teams/project consultants. Monitor the project's implementation, actively track its progress on a regular basis
- Assist manager in Budget, Grants, and Fund Utilization for projects. Track the payment schedule. Maintain a tracker sheet for project updates
