Mission and Purpose - This role is focused on: Providing analysis and support on moderately complex corporate and business segment compensation core processes, projects and initiatives

What you'll do

• Participates in multiple compensation ad hoc projects Independently leads moderately complex projects with only minor oversight
• Participates on teams to develop eCompensation tools Acts as tool owner for ongoing maintenance and enhancement projects
• Works independently on aspects of mergers and acquisitions
• Works directly with Human Capital Partners on field initiated projects with minor oversight
• Prepares and publishes market data for use by business segments Analyses the data and highlights issues for the Director, Compensation - Business Segment
