About the role
As a Senior Technical Product Manager for AI Products & Solutions, you'll set the vision and roadmap for AI-powered products and run delivery for them. These include generative AI copilots, agentic digital workers and intelligent automation used across healthcare operations such as claims, prior authorization, member, provider operations and care administration.
What you'll do
- AI principles, privacy rules (HIPAA, PHI/PII), security and model governance, including bias, explainability and auditability
- Adoption and change management: Drive enablement through demos, office hours, documentation, FAQs and feedback loops
- Set the vision and roadmap for AI-powered products and run delivery for them
- Work with engineering, data science, architecture and business leaders to turn complex problems into AI solutions that are safe, scalable and measurable
