The Enterprise Digital Product Office (EDPO) at Optum is a centralized organization focused on accelerating digital transformation across the enterprise.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end design of complex product initiatives, from discovery and concept development through delivery and continuous improvement
• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to define problems, identify opportunities, and create user-centered solutions
• Facilitate discovery activities, including stakeholder workshops, journey mapping, concept exploration, and experience visioning to inform product direction
• Translate user research, analytics, and business insights into design strategies that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
• Explore multiple design concepts, iterate based on user feedback and testing, and continuously refine experiences throughout the product lifecycle
