About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with expertise in patent drafting and preparation to support our clients' patent portfolios. The role primarily involves drafting patent applications, understanding invention disclosures, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality patent prosecution support.
What you'll do
- Draft US provisional and non-provisional patent applications for filing
- Analyse invention disclosures and prepare patent claims, specifications, figures, and detailed descriptions
- Support senior team members in patent-related projects and daily activities
- Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of patent drafting assignments
- Perform additional patent prosecution and related administrative tasks as required
