About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patent Services Professional to create high quality patent applications and (preferably) support patent prosecution activities by collaborating with inventors, clients, and external counsel. The role involves conducting invention disclosure discussions, assessing patentability, drafting and reviewing applications, guiding drafting teams, and contributing to Office Action responses.
What you'll do
- Conduct end to end patent application drafting and review, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with jurisdictional requirements
- Provide inventor guidance sessions and conduct invention disclosure reviews (IDF reviews) to extract technical disclosures and take decisions on inventiveness/filing
- Collaborate with patent counsel to ensure strategy on drafting, prosecution, and related activities
- Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain seamless communication with clients and partner law firms, ensuring timely updates and clear articulation of technical and procedural matters
