About the role

The role is responsible for ensuring all assigned projects are executed efficiently, with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction. This position requires regular client interaction, including engagement with outside counsel and review providers, to manage and deliver on both day-to-day project requests and broader program initiatives.

What you'll do

• Responsible for ensuring all assigned projects are executed efficiently, with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all project management services across engagements
• Maintain utilization in line with internal benchmarks (target: 85%)
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Manage escalations effectively by identifying root causes, coordinating with relevant teams, and communicating clear resolutions to clients
