What you'll do
- Address supplier queries and respond timely
- Account reconciliation of supplier including advance and retention amount
- Coordinate with plant, buyer, stores, AP team, finance for timely invoice processing and payment
- Generate OTP requests through Service-Now based on payment terms, ABG, PBG
- Generate Payment List and submit to finance
